Orange Citrus Halibut $32
Freshly poached halibut fillet finished with an orange citrus glaze for a delicate natural taste. Served with grilled asparagus over scented Jasmine rice. Includes your choice of spring leaf salad or soup du jour with bread service.
Halibut-N-Chips $18
Herb breaded halibut lightly dusted with panko, deep-fried, and served with housemade tartar sauce and lemon wedges. Includes your choice of sweet potato fries, beer battered fries, or blue cheese bacon potato chips.
