Our Menu
We are full of fresh organic creations, as our menu reflects local sustainable products throughout our region. What we eat matters. Our established farm-to-plate program promotes access to fresh, healthy food by making locally-grown produce available in the heart of the Skokomish Valley. Five acres of nutritious soil is dedicated to our guests, friends and family. High Water Farm’s proprietor Nick Browne, Chef Michael Holbein and Kerry London Myers select the seeds in January for what will be on your plate April-November. We are proud to offer seasonal menu items such as our High Water Farm Salad with Pan Seared Wild Salmon, Heirloom Tomato Caprese, and Stuffed Squash Blossoms.
Because Chef Holbein carefully selects all of our food, our menu changes weekly reflecting the most available product from companies like Olympia Seafood and Hama Hama Oysters. Appetizers range from the house favorite lemon drop prawns to duck confit or fried oysters ($12-$14). Side nutty spinach salad or grilled Caesar salad are always available as nice starters ($8). From fresh steelhead to elk flank steak, venison, pan-seared duck breast and scallops ($24-$36), you will experience a meal of culinary excellence. Our Pub with eight draught selections lends itself to an array of delicious pub fare options such as the Robin Hood Burger, fish-n-chips, house-made stromboli, and fish tacos ($8-$18). Our key lime pie, creme brulee and locally-made Olympic Mountain Ice Creams are the most talked about desserts to complete your dining experience.
Welcome vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free friends! Isn’t that so nice to hear? YES, Chef Holbein custom creates your meal to exactly how you want or need it to be. We take it very seriously and will absolutely go above and beyond for your dietary requests. Allergies, lactose intolerant or simply on a special diet? Know that we dont consider this a hassle, we have the upmost respect with food.
