Absinthe
The legend of absinthe, the green fairy, returns to the Pacific Northwest after two generations with Le Tourment Vert, which features a unique flavor profile, new to the American palate.
- The Traditional

- A shot of absinthe is poured into a glass with a sugar cube and slotted spoon atop. Chilled water is slowly poured over the sugar cube to unlock the effervescent quality of absinthe.
- The Flaming Fairy

- Absinthe is poured over a sugar cube that is melted by being set on fire. The sugar mixes with absinthe as it drops from the spoon.
