Mother’s Day, served brunch & dinner

Happy Mother’s Day Kristin Holbein (seen in photo with sons Azure and Coltrane) and to all of the wonderful mothers planning their special day! Chef Michael Holbein is featuring once again a delicious served brunch and nightly dinner specials showcasing our local organic produce from Highwater Farms.

Brunch served from 9am-1:30pm by reservation only

BRUNCH ENTREE (choice of one)

Entrees include seasonal fruit, warm scones, house-made biscuits and honey butter

  • Classic Breakfast ~Two eggs, bacon or house-made sausage patties, toasted English muffin  $14
  • French Toast ~ Blood orange and balsamic reduction with maple creme fraiche  $15
  • Eggs Benedict ~ Poached eggs, house-cured smoked ham, hollandaise on toasted English muffin  $16
  • Lox Eggs Benedict ~ Poached eggs, spinach, marinated onions, capers, formage blanc cheese, wild Pacific king lox, avocado, mushroom sage infused olive oil, balsamic vinegar on toasted English muffin  $18
  • Hang-town Fry ~ Pan-fried oysters, spinach, bacon, shallots, scrambled eggs, formage blanc cheese  $16
  • Spiced Prawn Omelet ~ Harissa spiced prawns, shallots, tomatoes, chard, cheddar cheese, key lime crema, chimichuri  $18
  • Apple Omelet ~ Bacon, apples, crimini mushrooms, cheddar cheese  $15
  • Smoked Salmon Omelet ~ Hot smoked wild Pacific salmon, chevre, caramelized onions, spinach, capers  $18
  • Seared Halibut Scramble ~ Pan-seared Alaskan halibut, arugula, avocado, pico de gallo salsa, shallots, formage blanc cheese, sweet pepper relish  $18
  • Pear & Gorgonzola Stromboli with House Salad  $16
  • Highwater Farm Salad with Pan-Seared Halibut (produce from the farm!)  $20
  • Lollipop Lamb Chops with Coconut Curry and Side Nutty Spinach Salad  $16

Children’s Menu for 10 yrs old and under served with fruit and scones

  • Choice of pancakes with eggs and bacon or Grilled cheese sandwich; Macaroni-n-cheese; Fish-n-chips for $10

Dessert menu (creme brulee, key lime pie, local Olympic Mountain Ice Creams) available for $7 each

Champagne Raspberry Bellini or Bloody Mary $8

Can’t make brunch?  Join us for dinner from 4-9pm (offering regular dinner menu with special menu additions to be announced soon). Reservations for brunch and dinner are required by calling 360.898.4400. Let’s hope for great weather so we can seat on the patio!
